Standard orders ship within three business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once the order leaves our warehouse. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or war.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for any re-delivery fees. We reserve the right to verify your information. If any details are found to be false, we may reject your order or ban you from using our services without prior notice.

We offer a straightforward No Questions Asked Return Policy on most items.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. A return fee may apply.

We’ll provide a full refund if the product is returned in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

Returns are not accepted for items that have been used or damaged by you.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost. Report any damage or missing accessories within 2 days of delivery.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 07 business days of receipt of returned products. Refunds will be issued via credit card, debit card, NEFT, Bank Transfer or via cheque.
For defective items, a full refund will be credited upon return.
For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees(e.g COD )
International Shipping

- Returns: We do not permit returns/refunds for international orders.

- Shipping & Customs charges: All associated shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout or as suggested by customer care agents. Customs duty if any will need to be cleared by the recipient of the order.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer’s unavailability, any re-delivery costs will be charged to you.

For international orders, the shipping charge varies depending on your country you are responsible for any customs duties, additional payments, KYC etc needed by the respective country is to be borne by the customer.

Cancelling Orders:
Items already shipped are not reversible, and must then not be returned for a refund (please see the “Refunds” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer.
